在该工艺过程中,石灰石浆液的固含量直接影响着SO2的吸收效率,而吸收塔内浆液的固含量直接影响着副产物石膏的品质,因此在生产过程中我们需要对两种浆液固含量进行准确测量和控制。但由于市场上没有测量浆液固含量的仪表,也就无法实现这一参数的测量。目前通行的做法是利用石灰石/石膏浆液固含量与密度的对应关系(见附表一、附表二),通过测量浆液的密度来间接实现工艺过程的控制。
