湿法脱硫主要有石灰石/石膏法、钠-钙双减法、氧化镁法、氨-硫酸铵法等方法。石灰石/石膏湿法脱硫工艺是目前世界上应用最广泛,技术最成熟的一种脱硫工艺,在世界脱硫市场上占有85%左右的份额。其主要特点有系统成熟,脱硫效率高,影响脱硫率的因素少,单塔处理烟气量大,运行可靠性高,对煤种的适应性好,吸收剂来源广泛、价格低、利用率髙等优点。因此在我国火电行业也是应用最为普遍的一种脱硫工艺。
其工作原理是:将石灰石破碎磨细成粉状与水混合搅拌成吸收浆液作为吸收剂,吸收剂进入吸收塔后与烟气接触混合,烟气中的二氧化硫与浆液中的碳酸钙以及鼓入的氧化空气进行化学反应从而被脱除,最终反应生成石膏。
在该工艺过程中,石灰石浆液的固含量直接影响着SO2的吸收效率,而吸收塔内浆液的固含量直接影响着副产物石膏的品质,因此在生产过程中我们需要对两种浆液密度进行准确测量和控制。
